Shipments and returns
SHIPPING
All regular parcels will be delivered via DPD. The shipping company will take your order to your delivery location, normally within 1 working day of shipping within BENELUX and France. In case of your absence, you will receive a written notice in the letterbox with which you can obtain your parcel at the post office.
DELIVERY
Usually parcels are delivered within 7 days. If the order was paid for online, the delivery can take place on the following day. We recommend to contact us if your parcel has not arrived after 14 days. A parcel can always be lost or forgotten about at the Post. If you contact us, we will strive to track down your order.

RETURNS AND REFUND
The customer has the right to inform us within 14 days after delivery that (s)he refrains from buying. No reason will be asked and there will be no extra costs.
KDC Modelcars allows a delivery to be returned within 14 days after delivery. Send an email to info@kdc-modelcars.com before doing so. After we have received and accepted your request, we will confirm that the order can be returned and will be refunded. Please, do not return anything without this confirmation of Belle et Beau. We do not accept postage paid by addressee.
Important: returning an order suggests a mistake on our account. If you could indicate the reason for the return, we could improve our products and service.
PAYMENT
Online
KDC Modelcars is working with HiPay, a company specialised in guaranteeing safe online payment. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, KBC online... After your payment has been processed and received, you will get a confirmation, either online or in an email. Since online payments are processed immediately, we can build your order on the same day.
Banktransfer
When you opt for a transfer, all instructions will be shown on the website. In an email confirming your order all the required information will be given. Once your payment has been received (after 1 or 2 working days), your order will be built. You can transfer to the following account: Payments within Belgium:
